When I qualified as a homeopath eleven years ago I was introduced to the work of Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, a complementary care centre in Barnet established by Barnet General Hospital http://www.cherrylodgecancercare.org.uk and I have been working there, for I am not sure how many years, since. Supporting patients through their cancer experience I find a particularly rewarding privilege and as I have been working with the same patients for several years, I can see the benefits to their health of our regular meetings and treatment.
My work involves providing: emotional support and a safe and caring environment for you to be held and nurtured, a place to come and be real, honest and say how it is, reassurance when you need it and a warm space just to be heard and appreciated, homeopathy and flower remedies and assistance with life style changes to support and transform your health on all levels.
Privately I offer a similar service to my work at Cherry Lodge at my home in Bushey and I also will home visit if necessary when a patient would prefer not to travel, for whatever reason.
My work at Cherry Lodge is offered free of charge and if you live in the Barnet area you can call them direct on 020 8441 7000 to organise an appointment with the head nurse and she will assess whether it is appropriate to refer you on to me.
In my private practice this work is charged at the same hourly rate as my homeopathy and natural holistic health care (see fees).
